Shipping and Return Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Upon delivery of the shipment, please open boxes and inspect thoroughly for any and all damage BEFORE signing for the package.

If the shipment arrives and the customer signs for the delivery (stating it is in good condition), and later after opening the shipment finds that it is damaged, then the customer will need to file a freight claim with the appropriate shipping carrier, as the customer has assumed responsibility for the delivery (stating it arrived in good condition) by their signature.

HoshizakiIceMaker.COM is not responsible for the replacement or refund of a damaged product signed for and received by the purchaser from the shipping company.

If you recive the item and upon inspection find damage, REFUSE the item, document the damage and a new item replacment item will be sent to you. Do NOT accept delivery.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in Paypal Payments Pro. HoshizakiIceMaker.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

All ice machine, parts and accessory sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time. 

Any cancellation must be approved by HoshizakiIceMaker.com and may be subject to restocking or other charges. 

HoshizakiIceMaker.com shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies of raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Hoshizaki Ice Machines in the conduct of its business.
