Shipping and Return Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Upon delivery of the shipment, please open boxes and inspect thoroughly for any and all damage BEFORE signing for the package.

If the shipment arrives and the customer signs for the delivery (stating it is in good condition), and later after opening the shipment finds that it is damaged, then the customer will need to file a freight claim with the appropriate shipping carrier, as the customer has assumed responsibility for the delivery (stating it arrived in good condition) by their signature.

HoshizakiIceMaker.COM is not responsible for the replacement or refund of a damaged product signed for and received by the purchaser from the shipping company.

If you recive the item and upon inspection find damage, REFUSE the item, document the damage and a new item replacment item will be sent to you. Do NOT accept delivery.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and must be in new, unused condition and contained within the original packaging. All returns are subject to the customer providing all shipping cost. This includes both the cost to their location and back to sender, plus a mandatory 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible to schedule a delivery back to Hoshizakiicemaker.com.Upon arrival and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued back to the customer, minus the aforementioned deductions.
