The Follett DB1000SA Ice Pro™ ice bagger has a foot pedal that automatically dispenses 120 pounds of ice per minute. It can dispense ice into containers and carts, but it is designed for bagged applications. Operation is semi-automatic with user-friendly controls, adjustable settings for dispensing time, and a blower that opens the bags. It can fill as many as eight 8-pound bags in a minute and comes with (125) 8-pound bags. Included is a bag stand that supports 20-pound bags, containers, and carriers, and the stand reduces the clearance under the dispenser, so it can be removed to accommodate 29.5-inch-tall carts and coolers.
Most cube and nugget ice is compatible with this Follett DB1000SA ice bagger, and ice is moved through a first in, first out system, to ensure freshness. Preventing ice from melting together, the automatic agitation system periodically activates the agitator. The bin accommodates 1,000 pounds of ice and is made of corrosion-resistant polyethylene.
